What This Privacy Policy Covers
- This policy covers how Bellco Glass, Inc. ("Bellco") treats personal information that Bellco collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name,address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
Information Collection and Use
- Important Notice. You are about to begin a transaction, which will involve sending certain personal information over the Internet, a public communication network. Unless you use adequate security software, any information you send over the Internet may be viewable by other Internet users.
Use of Secure Browser
- To insure a reasonable degree of security for your request you must use a Web browser with secure socket layer (SSL) capability.If you do not use a SSL compatible browser, we may not be able to process your request.
Your Responsibility
- The accuracy and completeness of the data you enter is a key to a correct and successful transaction. If you enter incomplete or inaccurate information, your transaction may not be processed. Bellco is not responsible if you submit inaccurate or incomplete information.
Important Information for Users of Public Computers
- If you use a computer at a public location, such as a library, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your personal information, including your account numbers.
System Technology
- We will process your transaction by a state-of-the-art system which has been designed in accordance with good commercial practice; however, Bellco cannot guarantee that all transactions submitted through this system will be received and successfully completed.
Firewalls
- Our firewalls are a complex system of hardware and software that allow us to strictly regulate information and data that can enter and exit our servers. This insures that only authorized access occurs. No Internet customer information is stored on our Internet servers. Records are stored in separate databases not directly connected to the Internet.
Confirmation of Completed Transaction
- You will see a Confirmation screen when you complete your transaction. We strongly recommend that you print and keep a copy of the Confirmation page.
Payment Information
- Your payment information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Bellco retains only the payment information necessary to verify the transaction.
Confidentiality and Security
- We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
- We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

Shipping |

| All items are shipped F.O.B. Vineland, New Jersey with the charges prepaid and added to the invoice.
Special shipping instructions should accompany your order.
We will select the best method if none is specified.
Air shipments are available for an additional charge.
Delivery of large products shall be to the customer's loading dock.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange movement from the loading dock to the site of use, unless otherwise agreed to by Bellco Glass, Inc. Products requiring special packaging or crating may incur additional handling fees. |

Handling Claims |

Bellco makes every effort to adequately pack merchandise to ensure safe arrival at its destination.
However, should you receive damaged merchandise, follow these steps for prompt replacement or adjustment.
- Please unpack, inspect and notify Bellco Glass of any damages or discrepancies within 10 business days. Common carriers will not honor claims if not Filed promptly.
- Do not discard any packing material or merchandise.
- NOTIFY THE FREIGHT AGENT AT ONCE for inspection and preparation of claim documents.
- If the carrier will not perform the inspection, prepare an affidavit stating that they were contacted on a certain date and that they failed to comply with the request. This will support the claim.
- Send a copy of the claim document along with your name, address and order number to our Customer Service Department which will advise you on the proper method of handling.

Returns/Refunds |

Return orders MUST be authorized by Bellco. Please contact Customer Service within 10 days of receiving Products, for a RMA Number.
All containers being returned must be labeled with the RMA number or will be refused. RMA numbers will be effective for 30 days.
A 20% restocking fee will be assed for items returned unused and in good condition.
Items classified as specials are not returnable.
Bellco Glass, Inc. recognizes that product sold to its customers may have been subjected or exposed to biohazardous material, radioisotopes, carcinogenic, mutagenic or other potentially hazardous substance or material.
Therefore, it is imperative that you meet the following conditions to ensure the safety of Bellco employees and non-employee incidental contact during shipping and handling.
- Autoclave, disinfect and clean all Labware and Equipment to minimize biohazards, radioactivity or other potential chemical hazards. Wipe down items with alcohol, diluted bleach or a commercial disinfectant. Duly note prior exposure to any biohazard, radioactive or chemical hazard so that Bellco can apply the appropriate handling measures. Your safety or radiation safety officer must supply a letter stating compliance with these measures.
- Autoclave and clean all Glassware and Non-Mechanical Labware. Product is to be free of biohazards, radioisotopes or other potential chemical hazards. Leave the autoclave indicator (tape or label) on the product to confirm decontamination.
- Please label broken glassware submitted for repair or analysis.
